  • Anytime you have a survey — drafted, half-finished, or already live. If you've been meaning to get around to it, that's also a good enough reason.

  • Yes — post-purchase surveys, ongoing trackers, and always-on surveys are all fair game.

  • A Google Doc works best. If you send me a live link, I'll take it, screenshot each question, and paste everything in.

  • Probably. Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, JotForm, Alchemer, 1Q — if you're using something else, just ask.

  • Yes. Send me your questions in a Google Doc. I can recommend a platform once I see what you're working with.
